I've been taking our cat here for 2+ years and literally every member of staff is a delight, always. So much care and compassion from the reception through to the veterinary clinicians. Everyone's always organised, we're always sent reminders and they always go out of their way to meet you on the level, to chat to you and help. We feel very lucky to have this vet's so close by. Oakley Vets are incredible. From the lovely reception team we've spoken with and met - Diana, Tayla and Ariane to the vet team who have treated our babies as though they are their own, Mia and Kurt - every single person there has been nothing short of wonderful. Thank you to you all for helping us with the silly things like performing pawdicures and having a look at a stinky bottom, for attempting to have a look at our anxious girl who gets aggressive when scared and most importantly for not only improving our Yuki's quality of life but saving her. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for any of you. Oakley is a kind, wonderful practice and we are grateful for everything you have done for our cats. Thank you so much.

Sadly our much beloved cat Desmond had to be put to sleep on Friday 6 December 2024. I can't praise Oakley Veterinary Clinic highly enough for their care and compassion towards me and Desmond. Kurt the vet who looked after Desmond in the last weeks of his life, was so caring and considerate. Kurt's genuine love of animals was clear as was his compassion to me as an owner, but ultimately he steered me towards making the best decision for Desmond. I will never forget the kindness shown to me when we had let Desmond go. I would highly recommend Oakley Veterinary Clinic for the care they offer pets and their owners.

We sadly lost our beloved family cat, Maxine, in a road accident. She was taken to the vets by a local person and after scanning her chip, they called us to give us the sad news - everything was handled with amazing care and professionalism, and without charge hair clippings and a paw print taken. Thank you Oakley Team.

When we brought Maui home at 8 weeks old, there was no question as to where we would register him! Having spent time doing work experience at the practice as a teenager, I know it to be professional and caring. All the staff are always welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Maui loves going to Oakley Vets! He recently went in to be neutered and still jumped at the door and greeted all the vets and nurses with delight upon return two days later for his post op check - that’s all I need to see to know that he is well cared for :)
