Staff are welcoming and friendly. We were seen five minutes late but that was ok. A bit pricey for a health check and vaccination of our cat. We weren't in with the vet more than five minutes. But I suppose all vet consultations are expensive wherever you go.

Took my dog in told me he had stage 6 heart condition Absolutely terrible charge me £120 for a scan that took 2 minutes to tell me I would have to go to another vets for another scan that would cost £1200, in a weeks time,it’s all money that keeps them in a good life while are pets suffer,all vets are the same company,something need to change hear serious issues with them and no one care again,but after I found another vets that was only £300 for the mri scan so sickening

Our vets practice has the most lovely staff. Every time we visit, they are always running on time, so engaging with my children and I don’t feel rushed at all, I can ask all of my questions. My cat did a wee once during the appointment and they were so understanding and helped me clean it up and gave me some puppy pads to make sure my cat was comfortable on the way home. We also booked my cat in for a spay three times because my cat was accidentally fed on the morning of the operation twice!!! They were so understanding and rebooked two times. They did not make us feel bad at all even though we had to cancel twice. They said it happens all the time and they did not charge us for the two cancelled appointments. So grateful to have people who genuinely care about our pets, who are excited to see our pets and engage so well with my children. I would recommend them every time.

Quality of service does not match the expense that's why im canceling the health care plan subscription there are better vets and cheaper prices out there.

Excellent Service by Vet Julien who is very knowledgeable and experienced with a compassionate and caring attitude. He always takes time to listen to our concerns and gives us good practical advice! Never feel rushed by him. Thank you Julien and team!
