I would like to write some positive experiences with Lower Earley branch. Proactively remind me about next collection of medication. Answers all questions over telephone calls. I had to do 2 claims recently and learning about the process, when you raise any claims on pet insurance portal if you give direct branch email, process will be smooth because branch is very responsive once they receive email from insurance provider. Very happy with service.

I visited Medivet for the first time for my 2 guinea pigs. Very happy with my experience. Receptionist is friendly and while i was waiting we had a conversation about pets. She also asked me if my pets were ok at the end of the visit which is very kind. In addition the vet was professional and i am happy by the way he examined my pigies. He was calm, patient and answered my questions by providing an explanation. Also he handled them very gently! The only thing i would like to mention is that i was quoted a price over the phone, but i was charged another one.

Took my boy King (1 year old Rottweiler) in to be sedated today to have his ears flushed out and I can’t thank you team enough! Everyone was so understanding of how nervous I was about leaving him and if he was going to be ok but I felt at ease knowing they all would take care of him and give him lots of love and affection. Everything went to plan and he was home within 3 hours and he’s sleeping it off, thank you again team! THE BEST VETS!
